The firm’s practice covers various areas of immigration law, including employment-based business immigration, family-based immigration, asylum, naturalization, etc. The firm is experienced in dealing with intricate immigration issues and responding to complex Requests for Evidence (RFE).

 

Job Description

Parwani Law Firm, P.C. is seeking an Immigration Paralegal to assist with a wide variety of immigration matters. This position works under the direct supervision of the Managing Attorney; possesses substantive knowledge and exhibits basic strategic thinking and initiative with respect to case and project management; demonstrates increased confidence and expertise; and generally manages the caseload and status expirations for clients. Specifically, the responsibilities include providing high level client support as well as the preparation of H-1B, TN, L-1, E-1/E-2, petitions and applications, labor certification applications and Adjustment of Status/Consular Processing applications. Salary commensurate with experience.

 

We are looking for a result-oriented individual who works well under pressure, and can prioritize and balance competing demands. Candidates must be detail oriented with excellent written/verbal communication, organizational and computer skills.

 

Requirements

  • 1 to 2 years of business and family immigration experience as a paralegal.
  • Must be U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident.
  • Bilingual preferred.
  • Experience with INS Zoom preferred.
