The Team at Exclusive Visas is excited to inform you that President Barack Obama has just signed Bill S. 3245, extending the EB-5 Regional Center Pilot Program for another three years.
S.3245, a bipartisan bill sponsored by Senator Leahy (D-Vt.) and Senator Grassley (R-IA), passed both the House of US Representatives and the Senate with overwhelming support, in a clear demonstration of the country's belief in the EB-5 program and desire to attract more EB-5 investors.
"An extension of this wonderful program is very exciting", said Fred Burgess President of EB5 consulting firm, Exclusive Visas. "Whenever we start working with a new EB-5 investor, we can't help but feel involved in the personal process and the meaning behind becoming a US permanent resident. To some EB-5 investors, it is the opportunity to expand their businesses; to others it is a chance to have their children attend one of the highest ranked universities in the world; But all of our clients share one common trait, they all want the American Dream" continued Burgess.
Exclusive Visas is proud to say that we have helped hundreds of families from China, Vietnam, Mexico, Austria, the United Kingdom, Canada, Brazil, Venezuela, Nigeria, Iran, Egypt and Norway among other countries from around the globe achieve Permanent U.S. Residency.
By helping so many foreign nationals through the EB-5 Visa program Exclusive Visas has assisted many U.S. based businesses to generate thousands jobs, right here at home in areas with above average unemployment rates, thus continuing to help move our economy forward.
